The Web We Weave

Artists Anna Hutchinson, Christine Simpson & Brigid Teehan explore CARE

As part of this year’s Clonmel Applefest, linn gallery is delighted to present The Web We Weave, a compelling group exhibition featuring work by artists Anna Hutchinson, Christine Simpson, and Brigid Teehan.

Exploring Applefest’s theme of CARE, the exhibition reflects on our deep connection to one another and the living world around us. Care is not one big act; it is many small, connected choices over time. Inspired by permaculture principles, the artists use freemotion embroidery, composite digital photography, painting and drawing to encourage us to slow down, look a little closer, and appreciate the delicate threads that bind us.
