A screwball comedy about corruption in a parish office and women behaving very badly! In a church where at all costs a scandal must be avoided, you really can get away with anything! Fr Breen needs to have a novena because the women are getting out of hand. His Sacristan and Housekeeper have secrets to hide, so why are they boasting about it? The Garda believes in Women Who Kill, and in The Resurrection of Elvis. The Camogie Coach needs a funeral to get a match postponed. Then two young nuns arrive to do a novena, but they really aren’t like nuns at all!

Fr Breen has his own secrets to hide. So what’s baby priest Fr Francey to make of it all, on his first day in his first parish?
