Join Mary Hanrahan in what has become a much anticipated annual event in Fethard Town Hall. This year’s theme is ‘Home’, a theme that is resonant with meaning on so many different levels. The concept of home is indeed one of the greatest issues and predominant themes of our times. It is also significant as Poetry Ireland officially opened its new national headquarters and cultural hub at No. 11 Parnell Square East, Dublin.

Feel free to interpret the theme as you wish and come along to read a poem written by yourself or a favourite poet. Or just join us for a coffee and enjoy the spoken word in the wonderful ambiance of the historic Fethard Town Hall. All are welcome to this free event and no booking is necessary. The venue is wheelchair accessible.
