Involvement Centre Clonmel will be hosting a workshop for World Mental Health Awareness Month

Monday 12th October and Monday 19th October from 11 am - 12 pm. This will incorporate 20 minutes theory and 40 minutes outdoors for both workshops (bring a good pair of shoes plus camera or phone)
