Drop-in Weaving Workshop

A free day of drop in Weaving workshops for children aged 10 – 16 years old at Tipperary Museum. Using mixed media participants will make art and craft inspired by the Museum collection and Irish heritage. Participants can drop into the Museum at any stage during the day and take part in the activity for as long or as short as they like.  Participants will make their own weaving frame from netting and willow. They will then go into the museum gallery and chose from one of the paintings on display, to use as reference for their finished piece. No experience needed.

There will be two workshops on the day: Start and End Time: 10am -1pm and 2pm -4pm
