We are delighted to announce that the Sliabh na mBan Brigid's cloak which Applefest co-sponsored in 2023 will return along with an event to celebrate the spirit of Brigid, the Saint and Goddess on Saturday 31st January at 5pm...

it starts with a procession from the Main Guard to Old St. Mary's Church of Ireland - Clonmel Union of Parishes, Ireland where the cloak will be displayed on the stage while many creative voices will contribute to a celebratory evening of food, crafts, Spoken Word and music.
