DESCRIPTION:Cosmophobia by Alessandra Azeviche\n\nThis work-in-progress is
an attempt to challenge the institutional ignorance\nsustaining both ecolo
gical ruin and our existential dread of the cosmos. Asking\n“is fear a pri
mal instinct or a symptom of modern alienation?”\, the piece draws\non Mes
tre Nêgo Bispo’s revolutionary theories to interrogate how losing our\nanc
estral and ecological connections fuels collective anxiety by bridging\nco
unter-colonial thought and environmental psychology.\n\nTremors is a call
to embrace our vulnerability at different stages of our lives\nand re-imag
ine the space of dance performance. Our response to the horizontal\naccele
ration of time that comes with age is to intensify our attention\, to\nena
ble a gentle internal transformation that extends to audiences. Tremors\ni
magines dance as a communal\, attentive practice: redemption through prese
nce\nand listening. Harmonics emerging from the chaos of dynamic\, opposin
